On the 4th of July three inspectors from CQC inspected our home over two days.
They spoke to staff residents families and visiting professionals. They were very impressed and
Gave great feedback on the day
We have had the report it’s Official we have achieved OUTSTANDING status in three categories:
Well led
Responsive
Caring
And good in safe and effective
We were so excited when we heard the news we were jumping up and down and hugging each other!
This could not have been achieved without a huge team effort from Staff as well as Families residents and friends including our furry friends. I’d like to thank everybody who made this possible please join us for a celebratory party on the 20th September at 2pm and afterwards at the Crown and Castle in Risby Village
