Hazell Court Rehabilitation Centre
Hazell Court Rehabilitation Centre is a specialist 14-bedded rehabilitation unit run in conjunction with the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
The service is aimed at patients who are deemed medically fit for discharge from hospital but need a further period of rehabilitation or assessment or care before returning home (or, in some cases, moving on to sheltered accommodation or a residential home).
The Centre provides 24-hour nursing care and our dedicated staff work closely with a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and social worker to support patients and encourage them to achieve their goals.
