“In my new home I’ve found more friends and kept my independence.”
The Partnership In Care has been operating within Suffolk for over thirty years. We strive to enable individuals to live as they choose within enabling, fun and safe communities.
Our homes are shaped by our residents, each having an ever evolving personality as they adapt to the requirements of those within them.
Please understand that many of the pictures and video’s contained on this website are pre C19 and therefore do not show the rigid Infection Control that has been in place in all our homes during the current pandemic.
You will also notice that a lot of communal events are dated pre C19 as in order to safeguard our residents we have not continued our normal events in this period. We have however, focused on supporting our homes to provide their own events for their residents.
More than a care home
We provide support for over 300 individuals across six care homes. The support we provide varies from person to person as it is shaped around each individuals needs, wishes and dreams. All of our homes work to to provide support which centres on the resident, we aim to work in partnership with each person and those close to them.
Our ethos is based around providing the best possible support to people living with various conditions in an inclusive way. Ensuring that the person involved is enabled to make their choices on how they wish to be cared for.
We provide twenty four hour nursing support within our homes at Risby and at our Rehabilitation Centre in Sudbury. We are proud to have an exceptionally dynamic, highly skilled nursing team who support people with complex needs enabling them to live within our homes safely and happily.
Four of our homes provide residential support, creating safe, secure and enabling environments. Our experienced teams are enabled to work in partnership with the resident to ensure all their needs and choices are at the fore front.
Within our purpose built 14 bedded rehabilitation centre at Hazell Court, Sudbury, we work in partnership with NHS colleagues to provide rehabilitation services. An average stay in the centre is ten to fourteen days, during which each person will be working to achieve goals set in collaboration with the therapy team.
