Residents of The Partnership in Care took part in Sports Relief during March to show that people of all ages and abilities can be involved with raising money for charity and more importantly be ACTIVE. Residents in all six of our care homes took part in activities such as cycling on an exercise bike, hoola hoop, playing catch and keepy-uppy with a ball, walking around the gardens, relay races, and skittles.

Daily activity is really important as it improves cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, bone and functional health as well as reduces the risk of noncommunicable diseases, depression and cognitive decline.

The Partnership In Care donated £500 to Sports Relief to support the good cause.
