Members of the Partnership in Care team were again nominated for the Great British Care Awards and in November 2014 attended the East of England finals in Peterborough.
Those nominated for awards were:
Amanda Chambers from Beech House for the Homecare Worker Award.
Bebe Lane from Risby Park for the Care Newcomer Award.
Tania SIbbald from Risby Park for the Care Home Registered Managers Award.
Sarah Plumb from Beech House for the Dementia Carer Award.
Mark Smith our Buildings and Developments Manager for the Ancillary Worker Award.
Judith Canterbury from Risby Park for the Good Nurse Award.

Tania Sibbald – Care Home Registered Manager
‘Tania shows she truly cares about residents, staff and making a positive impact to the wider sector. She showed to be confident professional and really stood out.’
Mark Smith – Ancillary Worker
‘This is someone who really adds value to the lives of the customers he works with. He really does go above and beyond. He is innovative and creative and makes things happen.’
Judith Canterbury – Good Nurse
‘We were so impressed with Judith’s passion, approach and commitment to promoting independence for people living with dementia. She is a beacon of light to all who work in care services.’
This year the finals will be held late spring 2015 in London.
